We aim for you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. We are confident in the quality of our products and believe you will be pleased with your selection. However, if you find it necessary to return an item, please feel free to do so. We support our products with a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee, which complements any additional rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and the cancellation period mentioned earlier.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, please return it to us within that timeframe, including a completed returns form and proof of purchase. We will then either replace the item, issue a store credit voucher, or refund the purchase price. Please be aware that the cost of returning products is the responsibility of the buyer.

Our returns policy is a voluntary one, supplementing your statutory rights. We expect that all returns will be made in good faith. However, if we suspect that this policy is being misused or that a return is not made in good faith for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Our decision in such matters is final.

Return and Refund process:

• Must be within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase.
•  In unused and re-sellable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact
• Stating the reason for the return

• Enter your order number in the email and list the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Refund Options:

• Refund to store credit. Please note credits do not expire and can be used any time.
• Exchange for product of equal value
• Refund to the original payment method

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Discounted/ sale items (if applicable)

Shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind purposes.

Damaged Goods:

•  If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivered date. 

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive a notification via email. This message will inform you of the status of your refund request, whether it has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days following the approval.
